I teach the Principles of Real Estate course in the Spring semesters at Cornell. This course offers an introduction to urban economics, real estate finance and investment with emphasis on developing valuation and decision-making skills. It introduces students to the business of real estate, including major roles, activities and players, terminology, and how the relevant financial tools, institutional concepts, and economic models are used in for sound investment decision-making in real estate.

I served as a teaching assistant for the entirety of my doctoral studies. During this time, I helped teach both Bachelor's and Master's level students in courses on Industrial Organization, Game Theory, Statistics, Antitrust and Banking.  In addition to the usual responsibilities of a TA, I've had opportunities to run lectures and to design student assessment. In both the 2020-21 and 2021-22 Academic Years, the Economics Department at UT Austin awarded me the Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award for my work in undergraduate and M.A. level Industrial Organization.
